Inspired Relief
Who We Are
Dismantling the Stigma of Mental Health
Inspired Relief dares to imagine a future where people of color have access to a variety of vetted, clear paths toward mental health and wellness that are BIPOC centered. A future where access to mental health and wellness is self determined, timely, and those ready for help don't feel deterred and/or pressured to compete for this life giving support. Whether preventative or in the midst of crisis, BIPOC centered mental health and wellness efforts need amplification, support, and increased reach now more than ever.

Nicole N. Flynt
Immersion Specialist
My name is Nicole Flynt and I am a Yoga teacher. The definition that I use for Trauma is- ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT FEEL GOOD TO YOUR BODY. I am Not Your Average Yoga Teacher. I am trained in trauma-informed Yoga with over 25+ years of experience cultivating community events for non-profits in the Greater Boston Area. As the Immersion Specialist for Inspired Relief, and with the understanding that everyone’s trauma is different and cannot be measured or compared to another, I bring helpers and seekers together to experience real life challenges and support in real time.
